Flights and other forms of public or private transport are subject to delays and cancellations which may well be beyond the control of Abbey Cars. Where substantial delays occur, we would have to charge waiting time and where applicable, car parking charges. We strive to keep our prices as low as possible and these can only accommodate a small amount of unexpected additional costs.

Abbey Cars will as standard procedure arrive on site at the major airports or seaports one hour after the scheduled arrival time. In most cases this would be a reasonable amount of time for travellers to be processed through inbound customs and baggage handling transfers.

We can use the internet to check arrival information at Norwich Gatwick Heathrow Stansted or even on the Trains but it must be understood that this information is not guaranteed by the providers as 100% accurate.
